Carmen Goertzen (Haida Chief) Solid 18K Yellow Gold Cuff Bracelet W/Carved Tribal Wolf & Raven - This bracelet was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold and is elaborately decorated with a polished carved tribal wolf and raven which face each other, and are against a detailed diamond cut background. The piece has been hand signed by the artist on the underside of the bangle, along with the year "93" and gold purity "18k". The cuff measures 19.5mm wide, 2.25" in diameter and has a 0.5" opening at the bottom of the piece. This beautiful cuff bracelet was made by Native Haida artist Carmen Goertzen. Goertzen was raised in British Columbia, and is the hereditary Chief of the village of Dadens of Haida Gwaii. He started carving as a child and began carving jewelry professionally in silver and gold in the 1980s.
