Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Bowl

Wanli (1572-1620) mark and likely of the period, of circular form, with steep sides, the exterior decorated with fish amid marine plant life, the interior with a five-claw dragon within two concentric bands, the base with a six-character Wanli reign mark in underglaze blue.

In overall very good condition with no visible losses, cracks or repairs. Bowl exhibits some innate firing anomalies - peppering and kiln grit around foot rim.
