French Empire Style Carved Mahogany Marble Top Sideboard, early 20th c., the stepped edge figured white breakfront marble above a central bank of six drawers flanked on either side by double cupboard doors, on tapered square legs with ormolu sabots, H.- 43 in., W.- 84 1/2 in., D.- 20 5/8 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. Marble top shows minor surface scratches and small ringed water mark at the center front. Minor chips to edges of the sideboard and stepped edges of the cupboard door. Minor wear to veneer on one cupboard door. Surface scratches present along the side panels. A beautiful example.
