Item Details

Description

This racer features a light weight aluminum chassis, coil spring support rear axle, flat style spring support front end, and a Continental Series A-7 2 horsepower motor showing number AA7B548, model AU8B, and serial number 444131, circa 1957. The motor also has a disengage lever and dual rear axle brakes with outside brake lever. Fiberglass body is painted red and white with "1969 Feature Winner" decal, "Mercury Powered" pinstripe design, No. 44, a leaping Red Lion Special design, and lettering on the rear engine cover that reads "I want to be an Obby... when I grow up!". No air cleaner for Tillotson carburetor and engine pull cord is off. Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: 87"L x 48"W x 30"T.
