circa 1813, fine silk embroidery of Georgian style stone house with slate roof and fenced yard, flowering trees and a chicken coop flank the house, octagonal framed thistle and dog chained to an oak tree represent the coat of arms for Scotland and the Linlithgow family, center verse below the names "Waters/A.Bed", arcaded strawberry motif border, silk on linen, birds eye maple frame, 12-1/4 x 12-1/2 in.
