Clarence Staley (Indiana, 1892 - 1946) Large Painting of an American Winter River Landscape. Signed lower right. Staley studied at Herron Art School (Indianapolis) under William Forsyth. Exhibited at PAFA, Herron AM, Indiana Artists Club, and Hoosier Salon. Hoosier Salon Annual Exhibiton juried entries in 1938, 1942, 1943(2), 1944(2), 1945(2), 1946, and 1947.Sight Size: 30.25 x 40.25 in. Overall Size: 38 x 48 in.
