Description: Jack C. Figmack (1897-1975) was an accomplished draftsman for the Pennsylvania Railroad who regularly documented his travels with fine sketches. This is a pen and ink drawing titled "A Swiss By-Way", signed lower right and dated 1929. Conservation mounted on acid-free backing, with mat and UV protective glass. Sight size is 9 1/4 x 6 3/8 inches, 12 3/8 x 9 1/4 inches with modern frame. Very good condition with light to moderate foxing and light wrinkling in the mid-right portion.
