his lot consists of a Graphite hand drawing on Cardstock Paper, hand signed "H Matisse" at lower right. Image depicts the face and hair of a woman giving a sideways glance. Done in the Expressionist style of Modern Artist Henri Matisse (French, 1869-1954). The surface of the paper has some staining and is covered in a reddish brown wash. Unframed piece measures approximately 11.5" x 11.5".
