Framed Kunisada Japanese dyptych prints labeled on the reverse side as Tokokuni III, pub 1847/1848. Dyptych depicts women / geishas / female figures congregating next to a river. There is minor discoloration of the prints due to age. Image has not been inspected outside of frame. Image is matted and framed. Frame has scuff marks and might need replacement/ repainting. Kunisada was the most popular, prolific and commercially successful designer of ukiyo-e woodblock prints in 19th-century Japan. Approximately 17.5 inches in height by 23.5 inches in width with frame.
