Description
A Chinese court necklace with mother of pearl beads dating from the 18th to 19th centuries. The necklace also has 4 green turquoise beads and 3 strands of amethyst, each with a blue crystal at the end. The central pendant is blue turquoise in a gold frame with a pink crystal pendant. There are 86 mother of pearl beads.
Dimensions are: 45 inches long X 2 inches wide at the largest pendant, each mother of pearl bead is 1/2 inch in diameter. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: Acquired in Hong Kong in the 1970s.
