Condition
In generally quite good condition. About half the spoon bowls have a frosty patina from use and
polishing, with the rest still bright. Some very small scattered dark salt spotting, easily removable and with
no evidence of pitting. Enamel excellent; no chips or cracks. The bowls all fully marked with the pelleted
post-war Jensen mark, with "Dessin JR" for Johan Rohde, with "Denmark Sterling" and the pattern number
"62"; the spoons with the pelleted Jensen mark and "Denmark Sterling". The cases in good shape, with a
couple of stray, short ink pen marks on the interior satin, but no tears, rips or worn spots. The exterior
has a few pale pink chalky marks, presumably silver polish.
