Description: Empress Eugenie's ivory leather pumps, 1860s, with large mauve rosettes and ribbon edgings, squared toes, low heels, 24cm, 9 1/2in long (2) Provenance: from the MK collection, previously sold at Osenat Auctions, Fontainbleau, 2.12.2012 lot 394.
Condition Report: Fair condition, silk ribbons have faded. One rosette has a compressed appearance from poor storage, scuffing and soiling to leather generally, ribbon edging is worn, particularly at the rear upper rear heel areas.
