Description

Interesting piece of history in this teapot. Although it is very cute what makes this one more fun is that it was a gift to Admiral George E. Dewey from Manual something (name is illegible) from the Phillipines Islands in 1901. As you can see, there are some condition issues with stress cracks in the body of the pot, chips in the spout light cracks in the lid with a sizeable chip. Stands approx 6" tall and 6 1/2" wide including spout.
