A Unique Chinese pierced dragon medallion famille rose rotating porcelain vase. Round bulbous body leading upward to a thin waisted neck with an everted saucer shaped opening. Consist of three demountable sections. The central body covering the top part of neck and rim which emerged a tube down to the foot base. The main body decorated with open polychrome hand painting over open work carving of vermillion dragon within a round medallion amidst of scrolling fumes and clouds. Interspersed by dense of auspicious BaJiXiang Eight Buddhist motifs over pale-celadon ground underglaze. Banded with colorful interlocking ruyi lappets on rim and foot. The inner tube decorated with colorful hand painting of birds flowers trees and rockworks. Underbase with Qianlong six characters reign mark in underglaze red, Qing Dynasty.
