This pair of amazing bodices are lovely. Bodice one is a combination of taffeta in green, black and white, with a heavy black cotton shell and brushed cotton lining. The shell is adorned with beautiful and sparkling jet beads. The taffeta insert is sewn in to make a faux top with a high collar. It is also sewn inside the wrists of the outer shell for a peak-a-boo effect at the wrists. The inside is lined in a brown brushed cotton and has boning sewn in the back. There are hook and eye closures on the green fabric and the outer shell would be left open. Approx measures: 30" bust, 28" waist, 22" sleeve length. Bodice two appears to be taffeta with Soutache details down the front and on the sleeves. The cuffs have a different style lace ruffle. Inside is lined in a light cotton fabric with boning all around. There shows an inner belt with hooks and a designer label of Mrs. E. A. Tiff or Tiffy for MODISTE 173 S. Western Ave. Approx measures 28" bust, 20" waist, 21" sleeve length.
