Misterio del Gat (Mystery Of The Cat), portfolio 20 of 70, eight works, three duplicates. Includes one page introduction by Angelina Mumiz, paper watermarked "C. M. FABRIANO -100/100 COTTON". Maria Terresa Toral was a Spanish scientist who became a revolutionary during the Spanish Civil War and was exiled to Mexico after receiving the death penalty by the Franco government. Once in Mexico, she established a style of popular printmaking.Serigraph on paper
Pencil signed "M T Toral" and dated "73" in lower right margin of each work.
