A GROUP OF TWO ROCOCO STYLE GILTWOOD AND GESSO WALL BRACKET SHELVES, 19TH/20TH CENTURY, consisting of an English Rococo style shaped shelf with leafy edge, held by a late Victorian style fairy, backed by a lattice carved, "C" scroll and foliate carved back ending in a leafy fan, 1890-1910, height: 12 3/4", width: 11 1/2", depth: 7"; and an Italian Rococo style shaped shelf with a molded edge, over deep, pierced leafy, tapered foliate scrolls, early-mid 20th century, height: 14", width: 16", depth: 8".

Some minor rubbing and losses of gilt, inpainting throughout. The Italian piece has some breaks and possible repairs, the front scroll is loose. Overall in good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
