Description
PRESSED ROMAN ROSETTE NAPPIE ON FOOT, colorless, shallow nappie with a petal rim, raised on a free-blown baluster-form stem and sloping foot with rough pontil mark. Attributed to the Fort Pitt Glass Works, Pittsburgh, PA. 1830-1840. 4" H, 6" D rim, 3 1/2" D foot.
Undamaged except of a minor chip to a moderate top-rim fin and losses to a moderate under-rim fin, all as made.
