Description
RD-7 SCROLLING WAVE ROUND PRESSED OPEN SALT, unlisted medium plum purple with milky striations, plain rim with ring of beads below, base with eight-petal rosette. Probably extremely rare, possibly unique. Possibly Philadelphia area. 1835-1850. 1 3/4" H, 2 3/4" D.
Excellent condition, rim with shallow top-edge flake and scattered flaking/mold roughness to interior. Short annealing check off rim that does not affect the resonance, as made.
