Description

Oil on canvas painting by Fort Wayne, IN artist Fred Doloresco titled "Catching The Light". This surreal painting depicts two men pulling their sailboat to shore among the rocky coastline. The setting sun has illuminated the sail to a brilliant yellow as it cast shadows of the men on the sandy beach.This is a very nice painting with exceptional use of light to not only capture the eye but to also create depth and detail. The canvas measures 20" x 16" while the gilt frame measures 27 1/2" x 23 1/2". The painting is in very good condition but the frame does have some blemishes.
