Description
Ink on paper, hanging scroll, featuring gobi desert and camels, signed and attributed to Wu Zuoren (Chinese, 1908-1997), inscribed with 2 artist seals, 83 x 45 cm, Wu Zuoren was a Chinese painter. A native of Jing County, Anhui, he was born in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. He practiced both traditional Chinese ink painting and European oil painting.
