Description
A late Victorian silver coin dish, with twelve silver buttons. The late Victorian silver coin dish set with a 1900 one shilling coin base and engraved 'Pax Britannica The last coinage of the Nineteenth century' to the inner, together with twelve silver textured buttons. Coin dish with hallmarks for London, 1900. Diameter of coin dish 7cms. Diameter of buttons 1.8cms. Weight of hallmarked coin dish 23.9gms.
Condition
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Coin dish with some small dents and small areas of tarnish.
