The contract is in regards to the payment of royalties and is signed by Tupac at the conclusion in black ball point pen. The contract will be accompanied by a notarized affidavit and signed picture from Atron Gregory, who was the executive producer of Tupac's first two albums and was his manager for the majority of his career. The affidavit states that the contract (pictured on the affidavit) originated directly from Gregory's personal archives and/or archives that he personally knew. The contract was also authenticated by James Spence Authentication, and will be accompanied by a notarized letter of authenticity. The contract has been professionally matted and framed in an exhibit quality presentation along with a photo of the October 31, 1996 Rolling Stone Magazine featuring Tupac on the cover.
