READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! Items in this Auction are located and will need to be picked up at our building in Phillipsburg NJ 08865. All items are sold as is, as pictured . If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. If you would like to preview any items, please call and schedule a preview. Bidding is open now and lots start closing on Monday October 15th @6pm. Make sure you Click on "Enter Live Auction" at 6 pm eastern time, to watch lots close and bid live. Payment is due by Thursday October 18th at 3pm and Pick up day is Friday October 19th from 10am-6pm ( pick up for the Mendham Auction ending on October 16th , is at the same location and pick up time). If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If you miss the pick up day, there is a $5 per lot / per day storage fee. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges, 48 hours after pick up day. Item will be shipped to address registered with Paypal. Some items we would have the UPS Store pack and ship ( paintings, framed prints, difficult items to pack). There is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges .
