Description
Standard glaze ewer with bell flowers painted by Amelia B. Sprague in 1892. Marks include the Rookwood logo, which indicates the date, shape 595, an impressed W for White clay, an incised L for Light Standard glaze and Ms. Sprague's incised monogram. There is fine overall crazing, a couple of glazed over firing separations inside the neck and the handle has a slight twist. Height is 8 inches.
