Iris Glaze vase revealing the migration of snow geese, steady on the wing, high among the clouds by E.T. Hurley in 1903. An impressive flock of eight, their white feathers meticulously detailed in light gray are set against a complimentary butterscotch backdrop. Height 14 1/4 inches. Impressed with the Rookwood logo, date, shape 614 B, incised W for White (Iris) Glaze and the incised monogram of the artist. All over crazing. Admirable artwork.
