Details: This lot contains three original antique street lamps from Burdett New York. One lamp has, stamped "Cleveland Natl Stove Co.". Burdett is a village in Schuyler County, New York, United States. The population was 357 at the 2000 census. The village is the site of the first settlement in the Town of Hector, around 1790.
These antique lamps have a round top measuring aprox. 6" in diameter, connected to the main housing which measures approximately 17" square and length of each lamp (top to bottom) is approx. 34.5". These are the top fixtures; not with poles. They appear to be kerosene lamps with one lamp having what may be the small fuel tank approx. 4.5" in diameter and about 5" long. It sits on a small pole whos length is approx. 1.5'.
One lamp has some glass covers for the light to shine through and there are a few extra glass covers as well. With or without poles, these lamps would make great outdoor antique decorative additions.
Condition / Notes: These antique street lamps show typical signs of age and wear from normal use which may include scratches, soiling, etc.. Glass covers for the sides of all the lamps may be missing. Please see the pictures of this lot for a more detailed view.
