Exquisite antique 18K gold necklace pendant centered with an exquisite heart shaped amethyst measuring more than 10 carats. At the top of the pendant just below the intricately carved bale there is an orange cabochon sapphire measuring .25 carat. There are two additional cabochons on each side of the heart. This is the most beautifully designed amethyst heart pendant that we have had the pleasure to offer for sale. It is a recent estate purchase. The top has a very secure locking device. This will never fall off once locked. From the top of the bale to the bottom of the locket it measures 2 1/4 inches. Widest width 1 5/8 inches. This is a superb pendant necklace guaranteed to please the most particular collector. Weight 27.7 grams. The sides are accentuated with 2 yellow cabochon sapphires measuring .20 carat each. The bale and heart shaped amethyst move freely for easy wearing.
