Lovely Bulova wrist watch for women. Watch was created in 1928 as indicated by the crescent moon below the serial number. The watch is 14k white gold filled. The front of the case has red, blue and pale seafoam green enameling in true Art Deco style. Watch does wind and starts working briefly then stops. A quick shake will get it ticking again.
