These items are from an estate in Mendham NJ . All items are sold as is, as pictured and most will need to be cleaned. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Preview date is Thursday Sept 20th from 4-6pm. Bidding is open now and lots start closing on Tuesday September 25th @7pm. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 7 pm eastern time, to watch lots close. Payment is due by Saturday September 29th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday October 1st from 10am-6:00pm. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped , all items in this auction will be taken to THE UPS Store in Phillipsburg NJ. If we have to take your items there for shipping, there is a $5 handling fee per lot.
