Seating to chair and ottoman each show advanced patination to leather surfaces. Lower front edge of chair exhibits an egregious tear to leather as shown in images online. Headrest is torn along stitching of connection point to left side. General dryness and minor wear to remaining leather elements. Surface wear to fiberglass elements commensurate with use over time. Overall this example is in fair to poor condition, and leather should be updated prior to normal use.
