Faberge Platinum & Diamond Pink Quartz Heart & Bow Pendant w/Box This is a pendant from Faberge, it features a carved heart from Rose Quartz stone and attached at the top of the heart is a lovely ribbon bow from solid platinum adorned with sparkling diamonds. The center of the heart has a single diamond in bezel setting. The clip bail is large and also has a few round cut diamonds. Signed by the designer with the editition number. Comes with original box.
