Description
A Chinese famille rose porcelain vase with a wooden stand and dating from the 1950s to 1970s. The top has a stylized lotus border, and the central design depicts a young woman and 2 older men in a landscape beneath a pine tree. There is a poem and 2 seals on the reverse. The bottom has a 6-character mark.
Dimensions are: 20 inches tall X 8 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
Condition: It is in good condition.
Provenance: From the estate of Eulalio Carrera Lowe, first Panamanian Consul General in Guangzhou, China; then in Hong Kong and Macau in 1940s and 1950s.
