North America, Native American, US Southwest, probably Navajo or Zuni, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A dazzling sterling silver necklace, comprised of six drooping strands of "liquid silver" drop beads, with each string covered in miniscule tubes of sterling silver. Each terminal is covered with a conical end cap, with a parabolic suspension hook on one end and a figure-eight loop on the other. A stylish and certainly wearable example of Native American artistry! Size: 10.125" L (25.7 cm); total weight: 33.5 grams; grade of sterling silver: 92.5% or greater.
