DESCRIPTION: An antique Continental silver plated jewelry box. The top of the box is embellished with an intricately detailed scene of an array of figures along the path, outside a city. Further depicts figures with sheathed rifles leaning on columns topped by fauns, children playing with dogs, horses, and figures playing instruments. Finished with a scenic mountainous landscape scene and structures in the distance. The sides of the box are embellished with repousse rococo scrolled floral motif. Box rests on four scrolled feet and floral motif cushioned and upholstered interior. Signed: "Henry".
