This sainted dentist, with dents in his fingers from young patients biting him hello, had great taste in .... SIGNS!! A Black metal sign at the perfect display sign of 20 x 12 has white lettering that shares with us "Dr. Gilman Dentist". Sounds plain but when you look closer the sign is 2 sided, has a cute triangle for a period and has the coolest hardware at the top for hanging the sign on a parallel rod (if you like). The tube like pockets are old hardware. This sign from simple writing to the hardware and feel of it is most likely Mid-Century. After a google search ... there are a few Dr Gilman's still in practice. One in Chicago and another in Orlando look very friendly! (Don't forget to Floss!)
