An elegant Late 18th Century Antique English Georgian Copper Samovar / Hot Water urn for tea. With flanking brass lion masks and drop loop handles, with a removable domed lid, set on a pedestal base with ball feet.Sterling Silver Shield, no monograms. Shield hallmarked for sterling, Thomas Harper I, London, George III, 1797. Professionally polished and well maintained. Lid rim slightly wavy. Measures 9"x9 1/2"x17 1/2". Weight PROVENANCE: A Private Charleston SC Estate.
