Condition
In overall good condition. There is a hairline crack to the foot of the gravy boat. Three of the salad plates and one dinner plate have visible crazing and staining to the white porcelain ground. There is a chip to the inside rim of the sugar bowl; one teacup has a chip to its rim and a vertical hairline crack that extends the length of the cup. There is a chip to the rim of one soup bowl, and there are a few scattered chips to the foot rim of one bread-and-butter plate. Some of the service exhibits light wear/rubbing to its gilding - notably the tea cup handles. Many of the plates and cups have surface soiling and accretions, all which could be easily removed with a good cleaning. NOTE: There are FIVE demitasse cups with matching saucers, not six as previously stated.
