Description
A SEVENTEEN PIECE JAPANESE HAND PAINTED PORCELAIN PARTIAL TEA SET, CIRCA 1950-1960, with stylized decoration of gilt outlined egrets on snow capped mountain tops with light blue ground, gilt rims, comprising six dessert plates, three saucers, five tea cups, a covered tea pot, a covered sugar bowl, and a cream jug, with transfer printed mark of Mt. Fuji and stream within floral wreath, and "HAND PAINTED, JAPAN," diameter of desert plate: 8 3/8".
Condition
In overall fair to good condition with rubbing to gilt rims and painted decoration, no evidence of chips, nicks, or cracks.
