the field decorated to show three fish, an octopus and a scallop enclosing the central garum fish sauce recess within a border of Greek waves, the overhanging rim with a band of Greek waves, raised on a circular foot.
Height 1 3/4 x diameter 8 1/2 inches.

In overall good, stable, complete condition. Without cracks or repairs. Some scattered shallow chips. Some wear and crazing to decoration. Examination under UV light does not reveal any condition issues. Consigned from a Chicago area collector. Additional images available upon request.
