Description
DUTCH DELFT TIN-GLAZED CERAMIC DISH / CHARGER, having a large central peacock/floral design and geometric and foliate design on edge. Marked on base "LPKan" for De Lampet Kan or "The Jug" operated by Gerrit Brouwer circa 1759. Second half 18th century. 13 3/4" D.
Two moderate chips on rim and one on foot, otherwise expected roughness and losses on edge with minor chipping/flakes and some glaze crazing on underside of edge.
