Black Omega dial with patina indexes and sunken sub-dials, outer minute/seconds, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers. Swiss made, mechanical manual wind Omega movement, caliber 861, serial number on the movement. Round button chronograph, engraved steel bezel with tachometer graduation to 500 UPH. Hesalite Omega crystal. Case side engraved "APOLLO XI 1969." Case back engraved "FLIGHT-QUALIFIED BY NASA FOR ALL MANNED SPACE MISSIONS, THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON." Comes on a stainless steel Omega bracelet with a #1479 buckle and #812 end pieces. Accompanied by a fitted Omega watch box (box has wear on the inside and outside) and "Omega and the Century of Significant Moments" booklet. Approximate diameter is 42mm without the crown. Case serial number no longer visible. The watch has superficial scratches due to normal wear and age. The overall condition is good.
