EXCELSIOR FOOTED TUMBLER, strong fiery opalescent, goblet-form bowl with six patterned panels, raised on a short narrow-width hexagonal stem, polished pontil mark. Pittsburgh or possibly New England. 1850-1875. 4 1/2" H, 3 1/2" D rim, 2 5/8" D foot.
Nearly undamaged with a single chip to one stem point. Minor open bubble to the edge of the foot, as made.
