Description
PRESSED OPEN-WORK DISH ON LOW FOOT, brilliant deep amethyst, flared 22-scallop rim and conforming staves surrounding the roughed center with original silver floral decoration, raised on a circular foot with polished table ring. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1860-1870. 2 1/4" H, 6" D rim, 3" D foot.
Nearly undamaged with some minor flaking to the edge of the foot, some wear to the decoration. Annealing lines throughout, as made.
