Description
FREE-BLOWN AND PRESSED PAIR OF CANDLESTICKS, colorless, each with deep, galleried-rim, bulbous-base socket, raised on a double-knop stem and triple-step base with square foot having extended, rounded corners. Fitted with Britannia candle cups/nozzles. Pittsburgh area. 1830-1845. 9 1/4 and 9 1/2" H, 3 1/2" SQ bases.
Very good condition overall with each having scattered chipping/flaking to the base edge and corners, some chips being moderate, one Britannia nozzle lacking bottom.
