Kertesz, an exceptional blend of Doisneau, Cartier-Bresson and Man Ray regarded him as their master, bequeathed his negatives to France. The book published on the occasion of the 1994 exhibition in Paris Pavilion des Arts, commemorating 100-anniversary of Andre Kertesz.
This beautiful book shows among other things, the astonishing distortions of female nudes, his serene amused photos of Paris, still-lives, forks or glasses (of Mondrian, with his pipe), the New York, and Elisabeth, the woman he loved.
