An early English 19th century deep blue Staffordshire teapot. Transfer decoration on two opposing sides, depicting a stable, stable boy with other male figures and a horse, a manor house sits in the landscape background. Molded spout, domed lid with acorn finial. Measures 11.25" high to top of finial, 11" wide from end of spout to end of handle, 6.5" diameter. Unmarked.
CONDITION NOTE: a few rim chips, and a few nicks / ruffage at the spout, see photos.
