Pair of Chinese porcelain bowls, with peach branches bearing fruit. Deep curvature flaring upward to form the rim, with a slightly raised footing. The exterior masterfully depicts a gnarled tree limb caressing the inner and outer surface, with ripe peach fruit weighing down the boughs. A pair of white cranes are nested beneath the tree branches. Cranes are known to resemble both longevity and wisdom. The interior and concaved central base contain white underglaze. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous craftsman.


Mark on base, six blue seal script -ZhuanShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
