18/19th C. Lustrous Chinese Huanghuali Side table. Narrow rectangular tops with angular cut-out apron that run around the perimeter and attach to the upper portion of each leg. Straight rounded legs extend downward from all four corners. Simple yet elegant design that presents a timeless quality. The wood has a translucent glistening surface with natural patterns that please the eye. Some grain structures may be likened to the shape of ghost faces.
