Description
Intricately detailed figural horse's head with a handle decorated in oak leaves and acorns. A Second Kokoshinik mark near the lever indicates that it was imported into the Caucusus region of Russia between 1908-1926. The cigar cutter has a Pfeilring Solingen logo on the lever with additional markings of .985 and WB. WB possibly stands for Austrian-Hungarian maker Wrenzel Brezina (active 1897-1918), 45.98 dwt.
